We built Jax Roofing to be the company we'd want to hire: honest, dependable, and genuinely invested in doing right by people. As a family-owned business rooted in Midwest hospitality, we treat every home like it's our own.

Our values came first

Before Jax Roofing was ever a company, it was a set of values our owner, Bryce Duncan, grew up around in a family business: work hard, treat people right, keep your word, and take pride in what you put your name on. He set out to build a roofing company around those same principles, one where customers felt like they were dealing with people they could trust, not just another contractor.

What started as that simple idea has grown into a team and a company we're proud of, still guided by the values that came first.
